The WLS International
Volunteer Program in Beijing is our very popular program
where you will be placed with different projects to enable you
to get a unique and fulfilling experience. Also with our
volunteering program you will have your own single room in a
student residence in central Beijing so no need to share a room.
You can join on a short
term volunteer vacation, a gap year, a career break or on a
volunteer vacation. Volunteering in China is a great
experience! We have some wonderful projects in Beijing such
as working with children with special needs and
disabilities, teaching English orphanage school and volunteer
teaching at a poor school. |

English is encouraged by political leaders with the language becoming compulsory in primary schools. As demand outstrips supply there is no better time to Volunteer in China. We have a whole range of English teaching placements in rural china or cities, helping the teachers, as well as the children.
If you prefer conservation, we have a fantastic voluntary opportunities working in a panda sanctuary looking after the world's most beloved bears. Other volunteer projects include working at the terracotta warriors in Xi'an, helping to develop the World Heritage site for English visitors. |
